All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or duties unless stated. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. Once an order is shipped, risk transfers to the customer.

SECTION 6 – REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Final – No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the case of a verified defective product.

Defective Products (Refund Eligibility)
Refunds are only issued if a product is confirmed defective.
To qualify:

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must not be used, modified, or improperly installed

  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required

  • Item may need to be returned for inspection

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges & Store Credit Only
For non-defective items, we offer store credit or exchanges only:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Customer Responsibility (Fitment & Compatibility)
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm part numbers and fitment before purchasing.
We are not responsible for incorrect orders or compatibility issues.

Engine Policy & Installation Requirements
All engine sales are final unless defective.
Before installation:

  • Engines must be inspected upon delivery

  • All necessary components (gaskets, seals, fluids, belts, etc.) must be replaced

  • Manufacturer recommendations for the specific make/model must be followed

Failure to follow proper procedures may void any claim.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Used or installed items

  • Improperly handled or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging
