At Cavalli Motorcycles, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping for all of our customers across Canada and the United States.

Order Processing Times
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day.

Please note:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
Some items may require additional handling time depending on availability

Freight & Large Item Shipments
Certain items (such as engines and oversized parts) must be shipped via freight carrier.

Freight shipments require additional coordination and may take longer to process and deliver.

Important Freight Information:

Shipping charges displayed at checkout are based on delivery to a commercial address with forklift access
If a forklift is not available, a liftgate service will be required

Residential Delivery Fees
If your order is being shipped to a residential address, additional fees may apply.

This includes:

Liftgate service (required for unloading heavy items)
Limited access delivery charges

These additional charges are not included in the standard shipping rate shown at checkout and may be billed separately.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Provide accurate and complete shipping information
Confirm whether the delivery location is commercial or residential
Ensure proper equipment (e.g., forklift) is available for freight deliveries

Failure to provide correct delivery details may result in delays or additional charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
