Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – Cavalli Motorcycles

At Cavalli Motorcycles, we take pride in supplying high-quality motorcycle parts and engines. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Final – No Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where a product is confirmed to be defective.


Defective Products (Refund Eligibility)
Refunds will only be issued if a product is proven to be defective.

To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must not have been misused, improperly installed, or altered

  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required for verification

Cavalli Motorcycles reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before issuing any refund.


Exchanges & Store Credit
For non-defective items, we offer store credit or exchanges only.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required


Customer Responsibility (Fitment & Compatibility)
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to confirm correct part numbers, compatibility, and fitment prior to purchase.

Cavalli Motorcycles is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect parts ordered by the customer

  • Fitment issues due to lack of verification

  • Labor or installation costs under any circumstances


Engine Purchase & Installation Policy
All engine sales are final unless deemed defective.

Before installation:

  • Engines must be properly inspected upon delivery

  • All necessary supporting components (gaskets, seals, fluids, belts, etc.) should be replaced prior to installation

  • Buyers must follow all manufacturer recommendations specific to the make and model of the motorcycle

Failure to follow proper preparation and installation procedures may void eligibility for exchange, store credit, or defect claims.


Non-Eligible Items

  • Used, installed, or modified items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or handling


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a product is confirmed defective, Cavalli Motorcycles may cover return shipping at its discretion
